Once forwarded the order, it will be managed by our administrative department, recompiled with all the details and the shipping costs and resend by e-mail/fax to your attention for the final confirmation.

At this time the order results as accepted and therefore the delivery will be carried out  contextually after having received the payment of the right amount.

The deliveries will be carried out always on Monday of each week.

The orders which are considered accepted are irrevocable and bind the client immediately excepting the faculty on the part of TusanyIdea Srl to authorize an eventual revocation. Certainly the revocation should arrive within and not longer the day before the delivery.

IMPORTANT:

• All the prices presented in this site are to be considered: TAXES INCLUDED (IVA)
  
• For technical reasons due to the different shipping costs (depending on the requested quantity and the place of the delivery) ALL the received orders have to be reconfirmed on the part of our administrative department.
  
  
• Please note that the shipping fees which are on the customer’s charge are as follows:
  -  to the USA up to 2 kg:  Euro 20
  -  to the countries of the European Union up to 3 kg: Euro 27.20
